The rooms are the best thing about this hotel and the price is verry good for the luxury they suply . Thats where it about ends the hospitality of the staff is one of the worst i every experienced in Thailand and that says alot i wasnt greated on check in or check out and they dont even look at you absolutley terrible .

Hello. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. I am from Iran. The breakfast of this hotel was very bad for us. So we could only drink tea or coffee. The hotel rooms smelled damp and it was as if there were small insects in the room that itched our whole body. Also, the bathroom smelled so we stopped it ourselves. In terms of facilities, there was no soap, not even toothpaste and toothbrush (which most hotels have). I think it was wrong to give 4 stars to this hotel. His employees behave normally. Of course, on the last day, one of the ladies helped me a lot at the reception and I am always grateful to her. But they are not very friendly and warm at all. The hotel pool was not as big and beautiful as it looked in the photos, and we did not go to this pool even once. سلام. من و همسرم به مدت ۶ شب در این هتل اقامت داشتیم. من از ایران هستم. صبحانه این هتل برای ما بسیار بد بود. بطوریکه فقط چای یا قهوه می تونستیم بنوشیم. اتاقهای هتل بوی نم می داد و انگار یسری حشره های ریز در اتاق بود که تمام بدن ما می خارید. همچنین سرویس بهداشتی بو می داد که ما خودمون بو گیر گرفتیم گذاشتیم. از نظر امکانات که نه صابون دستشویی داشت، نه حتی خمیردندان و مسواک(که اکثر هتلها دارن). به نظر من دادن ۴ ستاره به این هتل اشتباه بود. کارکنانش رفتار معمولی داشتن. البته در روز آخر یکی از خانمها در پذیرش خیلی به من کمک کرد و همیشه هم ممنونش هستم. اما کلا خیلی صمیمی و گرم نبودن. استخر هتل اینجور که در عکسها بزرگ و زیبا به نظر می رسید، نبود و ما یکبار هم به این استخر نرفتیم.

Brand new hotel, swimming pool, and some gym organs, polite stuff, nice and clean rooms perfect for non smokers..the only thing that can be said is that there is no balcony.. For me it would nice to have one.. But still a top choice..

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in August 2018. The hotel is quiet and well-appointed. Staff are polite. The swimming pool is clean but small. There are no special sports equipment in the hotel. The standard room has a TV, a small refrigerator and a good flat bed. Toilet and bathroom are clean and tidy. Room ventilation is appropriate. The speed of the hotel's WiFi is acceptable. The breakfast is not so varied and tasty. There were a lot of ants in our room every day, of course, we did not have a problem with them! In general, if you want to stay in Pattaya somewhere away from the crowds of Walking Street and your budget is limited, the best choice is beston . Thank you pattaya and thank you beston .

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Arrived at the hotel around 1 pm . Denied early check-in even though the rooms were mostly empty as they have yet to finish cleaning the rooms . No worries as they were able to safe keep our luggages n we proceeded to grab a quick lunch nearby. Hotel only provided 1 pillow for each twin sharing beds . Pillows was very soft n thin . House keeping was unable to provide extra pillows as they were running short. Bfast was very boring n same throughout our 6 days stay. Strongly advisable for the hotel to change their menus or provide more options for guests. Walking distance to Pattaya mosque where a very good halal restaurant is located within e mosque compound. Easy accessibility to Walking Street, Beach Rd n road leading to Jomtien Beach. They have a nice pool to chill after a long day of walking around .
